    Dr. Alderman personally reviews every submission. If Semantic XEO is a potential fit, we invite you to a private consultation. If not, we tell you and often suggest an alternative direction.

    Private consultation.

    A 30-minute conversation with Dr. Alderman. We review what AI systems currently say about your business, discuss what Semantic XEO would engineer, and answer your questions. No pitch. No pressure.

    Engagement proposal.

    If we are the right fit and you want to move forward, we send a written proposal with scope, timeline, and investment. Engagements begin the following month.
